Centipede file locations

Hi all:
I was wondering if it is possible to have a dir structure in which different files required by Centipede can be placed in different directories, and not all under Project_home dir.
 
For eg. here's what I have in mind. To implement auto-builds using Centipede for a project, lets assume there is a prj_home directory.
 
I want to have the following structure:
 
/prj_home/
 
   --> continuousIntegration/
        ----> bin/ (has build.xml, centibuild.xml etc)
        ----> lib/ (has all 3rd aprty jars for test tools)
        ----> scripts/ (has all unix sh scripts)
        ----> misc/ (has misc things that may be used in build process such as free text files)
 
Now I was wondering if it is also possible to place module.xml, properties.xml, status.xml in any of these locations or does Centipede by default expect them in project_home or project.base dir?
 
Any comments/suggesstions appreciated.
