How to Run Krysalis ?

Hi,
I am new to Krysalis. I am trying to run Krysalis so
need some help in that. I downloaded the zip file and
did unzip the file. Also I downloaded Apache Ant and
have unzipped the same ina different directory. I need
to know how should I run krysalis using Ant. I dont
really understand what I should do with Ant? I will
appreciate if someone could reply.
