umljavadocs link

Hi all:
I am using umljavadocs cent as part of centipede.
 
I want to put in a link to the SUN java API in the uml javadocs page of my project. How do I do this?
 
I see in xbuild.xml that there is:
 
<footer><![CDATA[${versioninfo.cent.package-name} ${versioninfo.cent.package-version}]]></footer>
    <tag name="todo" scope="all" description="To do:" />
    <link offline="true" 
          href="http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.4/docs/api/" 
          packagelistLoc="${umldoclet.cent.dir}/resources/jdk14-package-list"/>
      
    </javadoc>
 
but still dont see the link in my umljavadocs page.
 
Any pointers?
