Centipede: more than 1 module specification

I have a project that has 3 modules:

Project.home/

com/ ... (for module1)

module2/com/...

module3/com/...

Hi:

I want to use Centipde for the project with varous cents/antlibs. I have till now worked with a project having 1 module so am stuck here. There is no src/ dir and I cant edit the structure of the project right now.

How do I make centipede aware of it so that the cents work? e.g. module.xml???? What do I specify in <package> there since there are multiple modules.
