How to change human-readable-font in barcodes?

Hi,

I would like to change the human-readable-font to Courier. I am using the FOP extension. When I use the following code, I get an "Unsupported element encountered" message. I would be grateful for a pointer to the docs or a code snippet that shows me how to set the font.
