There are many different ways you can create an EAN13 barcode using
Barcode4J. If you're using the latest Barcode4J version 1.0rc1 [1] then
you can use the documentation at [2] to create your barcode. If the
documentation is insufficient to create the barcode you need, please
tell me.

I can't give you an example program because you didn't say what exactly
you're trying to create. Are you working with XSL-FO? Do you need an SVG
barcode or a bitmap barcode?

Please consult the documentation and come back here if you have problems.
The documentation contains various examples to create barcode using
Barcode4J.
