Hello there. Aubit4gl 1.2.28 Ubuntu 10.04 I get this error on a module when doing a SELECT after a CONSTRUCT Date: 2012-02-18 Time: 15:37:38 Program ./INV_COMPRAS.4ae stopped at 'inv_compras.4gl', line number 491. Error status number -1267. Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (latin1_spanish_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='. 4gl function call stack : inv_compras.4gl (Line 48) calls consulta() MAIN The database is a MySQL one. I changed the default Database charset and the default Database collation, and altered the charset and the collation in all the tables and columns that were created with latin1_swedish_ci, and now all the tables have latin1_spanish_ci as the default and all the existing columns have latin1_spanish_ci as the charset/collation. I ran this SQL script to ensure myself with no rows returned: SELECT * FROM information_schema.COLUMNS WHERE TABLE_SCHEMA='contable' AND COLLATION_NAME='latin1_swedish_ci' So, i don`t know why does this error occur. Yes, i can figure that the error is from MYsSQL and not from Aubit, but is possible that somebody can help with that.
