Writing a password in a VDC field

Hi there. In TUI, we have the INVISIBLE attribute for a field if we want to hide what the users are writing, but using INVISIBLE as an attribute in VDC, makes the field unreachable, as if it simply wasn't in the form, and the input jumps over that field. What have i to do to hide the information i am writing in a particular field?
