That looks completely wrong !
Is that a c&p - or typed ?

The plugins directory should be something like "plugins-1.2_33"
The library should be something like "libSQL_esql.so"

It should be picked up by setting AUBITDIR

(Also - if it is 1.0.69 that is a very old version)
