VDC: open .html files with ui.vdc.execute

Hello,

we have some reports that generate HTML output. So, I took the output 
and transfered it with "aclfgl_sendfile_to_ui" to the client an called 
ui.vdc.execute. Nothing happend... :|

After taking a look into the client source i discoverd that only .ods, 
.odt, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .csv and .txt are handled explicit 
in clienttcp.cpp.

Are there any plans to extend this to more fileformats? For "my special 
case" support of .html would be great, but gererally for the futute: I 
think it would be a good idea to move the hardcoded filetypes out of the 
cpp code and move it into some kind of configuration file. So the 
endusers (or their admins..) could configure, what filetypes are 
supported (and some parameters: what application should be used, should 
the gui wait for the application...)
