You shouldnt need to use the configurator at all.
Just download the binary and setup %PATH% to include the aubit4gl bin
and lib directories

As you're using MYSQL - try something like :

set A4GL_SQLUID=[someusername]
set A4GL_SQLPWD=[somepassword]
set A4GL_SQLTYPE=mysql

and you should be "good to go".
