The "normal" way to do that is to use different forms for each language.
You can just drop them into different directories (en,fr,de etc) - and
set DBPATH to pick up the right ones.

The other way is to create a field for the label as well as the field
itself - and use a DISPLAY .. TO .. to set up those labels
That normally only works well if you set the field delimiters to
spaces, and set the fields to reverse video - or something like
that...
Otherwise - you'll see something like :
      [label    ] [field  ]
