Cancel Insert and Delete row in input array in VDC

Hi What a pity to insist on this error, but I can not find a solution. With this program I want to take an inventory and deploy the products to the user and just enter the quantity. The user must go through the array of row one to the last, and can not delete or insert rows. Mistakes 1. It does not allow blocking of insertion or deletion of rows. 2. I can insert rows with the "Insert" option, until I generate error. 3. I can delete rows, and this I do not want to allow. Attached program, form, and debug output.
