I'm trying to compile AUBIT, but, of course, I have problems with it...

after sudo ./configure I got:

|                        *** WARNING ***                             |
| No curses or GTK detected - your only screen UI will be CONSOLE    |
| IN CONSOLE MODE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE FORMS - ONLY DISPLAY   |
| ERROR MESSAGE MENU & PROMPT WILL WORK! Considder installing        |
| 'curses' libraries

and....

make targets to install this options are:                          |
|   install.pdcurses install.pdflib install.ifx.esql install.ingres install.mysql.client install.pg.odbc install.ifx.odbc install.iodbc install.xmlrpc install.cint install.sunrpc install.mpz install.sapdb.odbc install.iksemel install.pg.esql install.gtk install.gtk2 install.glade2 install.sqlite install.sqlite.odbc install.libspopc install.libsmtp install.pcre install.sxml install.dot install.doxygen install.libcheck
|                                                                    |
| You can install individual options as spercified in output of      |
| 'make help.optional' command. Otherwise:                           |
|                                                                    |
| Please install this options manually, if you wish to use           |
| this Aubit compiler extended functionality:                        |
|                                                                    |

And if I try sudo make missing.optional, I got

Any suggestion?

Thanks

If you're installing from a binary - the libraries must match.
That why I always recommend (on unix/linux) - compiling from source.

I'm reinstalling aubit in a new environtment (in order to clean the tests I made).
The new installation it's Fedora 28, and I'm installing from aubit binaries.
I got this error:

4glpc: /lib64/libcurl.so.4: no version information available (required by /opt/aubit4glbin/lib/libaubit4gl-1.5_1.so)

Any idea?

I think they are waiting libcurl3 instead of libcurl4...

Thanks.
