The Windows build is hideously out of date, but I don't use windows for Aubit4GL development so its not a high priority for me. For Linux - I always recommend compiling from source is a reasonable excuse for my tardiness :) As for compiled code - no - code for Linux needs to be compiled on Linux. You would need to generate the output for windows on window. (XML files are probably portable, but I'd always recommend recompiling) On Mon, 30 Sep 2019 at 15:08, Jaime Casanova <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I have two questions about binaries. > > For Linux on aubit.com i saw binaries for 1.5.1, is that the last > build? that is from feb/2018. any plans to get a new build? > > For windows on the same page i only see 1.2.38 builds from mar/2015. > > that makes me wonder if i have windows and linux clients, should i > compile my app in both platforms or could i compile in windows or > linux and move to the other platform the .4ae and .xml files? > > -- > Jaime Casanova www.2ndQuadrant.com > Professional PostgreSQL: Soporte 24x7 y capacitación > > > _______________________________________________ > Aubit4gl-discuss mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/aubit4gl-discuss > _______________________________________________ Aubit4gl-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/aubit4gl-discuss
