Welcome to the project!
As far as I can tell, none of those are actually errors, they are all just
warnings.

For the update warnings I prefer to add a where 1=1
type thing so I know its deliberate.



A lot of Linux distributions have recently added '-Wall' to the default c
compiler options so things like the
     A4GL_execute_sql
missing prototype is now showing up (I've been adding these back in, so it
might be fixed in SVN already, if not, I'll add it later)



If qp.4gl is a complete program, you should be able to

4glpc -o qp.4ge qp.4gl

And it should produce an executable.
