You cant use Aubit4GL to generate HTML/Javascript.
You can use it like with Informix4GL to create a text based user interface.
You can use it with the Ventas Desktop Client to create GUI based
applications (Although I've personally not had much luck with this)

There is also a proof of concept WebUI which uses Aubit4GL programs running
on the server and acts like a thin client - but just is at the very early
stages of development and is nowhere near ready to be used on production
systems.
