I read in the Aubit4GL manual this:
12.2 afinderr
Usage:
$ afinderr errornumber
This will trawl through all of the message files in the $AUBITDIR/etc directory
looking for any help messages associated with that help number. This is useful
because the same error numbers could come from multiple places (eg. either
Informix or Postgres) and hence may well have a different meaning.
But I cannot see any message files in that directory:
$ ll $AUBITDIR/etc/*.msg
ls: /etc/*.msg: No such file or directory
The reason I ask is that I am getting an error in exercise-09 of Informix by
Example which states:
-239: Unable to complete customer insert.
I believe that the program is attempting to add a duplicate id number into a
serialized column. But I would like to know what error 239 specifically means.
