Convert report output to CSV

I am getting the following error trying to convert a report output file to
a CSV:

Using process_report:
$ process_report -o test.csv CSV test.out
Looks like a bad file... Got 10 - expecting 1
If you're reading from a URL - make sure that if the file is compressed
that it has a .gz extension. By default .loe files *are* compressed - but do
not have the .gz extention.Unable to open report output (test.out)

Exactly the same error while executing a 4ge of a 4gl where the finish
report is: FINISH REPORT rep_test CONVERTING TO "test.csv" AS "CSV".

Am I missing something? Some Aubit installation step perhaps? Or an
adjustment to the configuration?
