Its got nothing to do with the syscolatt .
Your error is that you've got one line of fields - and you've said you've
got 5

INSTRUCTIONS

I'm guessing it should be something like :

 [f001   ] [f002         ] [f003    ] [f002         ] [f002         ]
 [f001   ] [f002         ] [f003    ] [f002         ] [f002         ]

}
