Exercise 12 Informix by example4GL missing fgicfunc.h

In exercise 13 I am required to compile a c lang module.  The example code has
this statement:

#include "fgicfunc.h"

The contents of which appear to be specific to either the exercise or to
Informix4GL.  I cannot find these in the manual or online.  Can someone here
provide me with the contents of this missing file?
