environment variable SQLMETRICS, integration with custom library in ESQL/C

Hi! I just discovered the very nice environment variable SQLMETRICS for producing detailed timing information for the sql operations from the 4gl code. Is this missing from the documentation? We are routinely linking in modules written in ESQL/C into our 4gl programs, but of course, we don't get such timings for that code. I wonder how complicated it would be to integrate with the same aubit functions and be able to produce the same information from our library functions?
