Hello, everyone.  I am a retired USAF software developer and retired
Informix Software employee (not retired from Informix, that's for sure).
Anyway, I was one of their top troubleshooters for a few years before being
betrayed by Walmart and bought up by IBM.

I was deep in 4GL at the time of my exile from IBM.  Looking at this
project, I am left wondering who's in charge of it now, and who is
handling the documentation?

I have some skills in various areas, including documentation.  I wouldn't
mind putting that experience to work for this community.

Some advice on how to proceed would be deeply appreciated.
