input array - insert line

Hi all,

 

In an input array we can delete and insert lines. By me F3=delete key and
F5=insert key.

I was wondering if there is a possibility to an insert row by program. I
want to generate an insert line instead of pushing the F5 key.

 

Any ideas or workarounds?
