Terry Hackett posted the program referred to in the email below to this
mailing list.

If you search on the "pikprtr.exe", it should be the first hit, then scroll
all the way down to the bottom to:

Attachment: PikPrtr.zip


You can download it and run it, Terry has a good description in that
original email.

ftp/rcp) you can run a little windows-programm on the client (6kb) called
"pikprtr.exe"
     You can run this programm from the command line (a batch file) with the
file name which is to print (pikprtr liste.txt). This programm opens a
window with all lacal printers which are installed an the client. This
programm sends all esc-seq. unchanged to the printer.
