RE: GENERO: what about Genero Java Client ?

the GJC is still not publicly available, it should become soon
available,

we will re contact you, when we’ll publicly announce the start of the
evaluation program.

 

The GDC and GJC will be ”fully” compatible in the Genero

and “4GL applications” point of view,  but the GJC will lack some
“external features”.

 

For example no telnet nor rlogin connections, only connection

through ssh or through “http applet mode”… deployment and installation

will also differ, and there may be some other very specific minor
differences.

 

But applications will run the same on both clients.

PS: you may find old versions of the GJC, please do not use them,

I am using GDC and GDCAX. (release 1.31k)

I don't find any news about Genero Java Client.

 

Where can I find the GJC extension for install it on my server?

Have they (GDC and GJC) the same features?
