Run "without waiting" not working

If I try to use the syntax 

run "fglrun application.4gl" without wainting

my application dosn't work.

I use fjs-f4gl-3[1].53.1a version on  Suse Pro 9.0, Kernel 
2.4.21-273-smp4G and Oracle 9i Server Edition (9.2.0.4.0).

With another operating system (e.g. RedHat 9.0 and Oracle 8.1.7) it work !

Any suggestion ?
