BDL 3.54 on redhat 9.2

Is it possible to install fjs-f4gl-3.54.2k-lnxlc23.sh
On redhat 9.2
(Linux logon 2.4.20-8smp #1 SMP Thu Mar 13 17:45:54 EST 2003 i686 i686 i386
GNU/Linux)
With glibc-2.3.2-11.9?

I couldn't seems to be able to create the runner (fglmkrun)
I get the following errors

/home/informix/lib/esql/libifgen.so: undefined reference to `errno'
/home/informix/lib/esql/libifos.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_toupper'
/home/informix/lib/libifasf.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_tolower'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks
