Undefined Symbols using fglmkrun

Hi!
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not, but I
thought I'd try.

I'm trying to compile some code for EXceed 2000 WMS which uses FourJs.
I am running Oracle 9.2.0.6 on AIX 5.2

During the build, I get the following:

Any idea what I am missing?  Is it a permission problem?  Am I missing
a file?  I'm an Oracle DBA, not a developer, so I'm at a loss.  Thanks
