wtk.exe popup error

Hi all
Can anyone helps me?

The module wtk.exe generates an error of the type:

In the application log registry it generates an error of type Popup 
Application with the description of the error display in the windows.
The WTK comes closed and therefore all the opened windows, with problems 
for the data.

Which type of conflict can generate the error?

The Wtk version is 3.50.2e
The client windows version are XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4
There is a McFee Antivirus on the client
The Runtime Fourj's version is 3.54.1a for Sun Solaris 9
