LOAD file failure for files > 2GB

Running v3.54.1a on Windows NT, it appears LOAD cannot cope with files in
excess of 2GB, whereas UNLOAD can. It looks like it thinks files >2GB are
actually 0 bytes in size. Not sure if the same is true for Genero...
