Hi Judy, Which file do you try to install exactly (exact file name)? And how did you download it (FTP in binary mode)? The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose "Close" to terminate the application. I have tried running with different compatibility modes but it does not seem to help. Has anyone had this same problem?? I have installed 20+ clients so far and this is the first occurrence of this error.
