RES: Error -6301 / -6302 - Can not write to GUI

Richard,

I disabled the firewall, but the nothing happens.
With the "ping" command, the IP answered with no problems.

I checked the rhosts file, and it's ok withou any missing and corrupted
line, but trying to execute the nslookup command, the server answered: 
Using /etc/hosts on: [server_ip]
looking up FILES

*** No Address information is available for "[client_ip]:0" 

Is it a message of not connection?? 
I've never used this command (nslookup).

PS: I'm thinking to use the worst solution... format the machine...

Tarik-
	You may also want to check the C:\windows\rhosts file where 4Js
keeps its permissions.  A corrupt rhosts will exhibit this behavior.  It
should look like this:

NBPDC_PR ueem
NBPLI_PR ueem
NBPKC_PR ueem

The first entry is a hostname and the second is the user allowed to connect.

A corrupted one will have a missing end of line and look like this:

NBPDC_PR ueemNBPLI_PR    ueem
NBPKC_PR ueem

This makes all of the connect permissions disappear.

Also, have you tried this from your host computer?

Login as the user who needs to connect and execute:

nslookup $FGLSERVER (or nslookup %FGLSERVER%, if the host is windoze)

If your host can't resolve the FGLSERVER, you would not be able to connect.
