Screen Array Highlighting

Hi Everyone,
 
I was wondering whether you could answer a little question for me. 
 
In fglprofile there is a setting for the screen array highlighting
"#gui.interactive.inputarray.usehighlightcolor = true" Now where abouts
would I set which color I would like for the screen array highlight. 
 
We use to back in the older versions of windows amend a locals.tcl file
to do this sort of thing but now we have gone to windows xp the .tcl
file does not exist. 
 
Can this color option be set in the fglprofile? If so would any of you
be able to tell me the correct syntax for it.
