Ghost rectangles on hard-copy and screen

Hello,

Platform:
Linux: RH 3.0 AS, FourJs 3.10.1i
Client: WTK 3.53.1a, Windows XP, Dell, Flatscreen Monitor.

One of my users just started having a problem when they request
a hard-copy of their screen.   The hard-copy has ghosts of rectangles
and in some cases the dialog box / boxes from the WTK's printing
dialogs.

Since this just started happening and they have not upgraded the
WTK, and the machine has plenty of memory and is fairly new, we
are suspecting a Windows video or printer driver issue.

Does anyone have any experience with this and/or a resolution to the
problem?
