Have you defined your acceleratorName? for "nextfield" , we use

<ActionDefault name="nextfield" text="" image="" comment = ""
   acceleratorName="Tab" acceleratorName2="Enter" 
acceleratorName3="Return"/>

In the default.4ad file.

This works just like BDL for us.
