Windows frond-end connection issue

Good Day, One of our users is experiencing an issue using the Windows front-end client (3.53.1a) When she tries to connect to the server she gets the following error: Invalid command name "tconfigureparser_(vt100}", during execute keyxter.tcl ** notice the parenthesis not matching..... I have tried re-installing numerous time, but continue to get the message. I also don't get the message if I am logged in as administrator.
