Fw: fgldbsch fails to include new tables

Cause : no record(s) for new/altered tables in systables and syscolumns(required by Fourgen programs) on DB2 database. Solution: insert records from original tables (Informix database) into DB2 database tables. fgldbsch -db <dbname> now generates <dbname>.sch with changes.
