We use Reform Enerprise(www.fabsoft.com)  

Don't know how it will like Web Apps, but for our Informix stuff it is 
a good way to map text to a "prettifier".  It is a good product,but you 
have to become "one with the Reform".  The un-learning curve is pretty 
steep.  They tend not to do things the way I assume they did them.
