Mail merge problem with Windows XP

	Hi,
	 
	we're busy troubleshooting a business application that is using the genero client to export data to a MS-Word mail merge document.  It works fine on a Windows 2000 workstation - but as soon as you move it to a Windows XP machine the mail merge just hangs.  I've checked the DCOM config settings, DDE (not sure if it's using it), firewall is off and still no joy.  
	 
	Has anyone else experienced this problem and hopefully has a fix/solution for it?
