In addition to Arno's response, I'd like to suggest you to consider Ada-France membership. Ada-France membership includes indirect Ada-Europe membership. This in turn includes a subscription to the 3-monthly Ada User Journal and provides you occasional other Ada-related publications, such as the Ada 2005 Reference Manual printed by Springer roughly one year ago. The Ada User Journal has printed all chapters of the Ada 2005 Rationale as soon as John Barnes had finished writing them. They were included in the AUJ issues 25.4 (Dec 2004) up to 27.1 (Mar 2006). I obviously cannot speak for Ada-France, but if they still have a spare copy of these issues, you could ask them whether they might be willing to send it to a new member... FYI, Ada-Europe is currently working to have the Ada 2005 also printed by Springer in the LNCS series.
