Not so private! I got it both on-List and off-List.

At any rate, I doubt that you or I could reproduce the problem, even if 
we had the code in front of us,  and we pounded on it all week; it's 
something that, I think, has happened a single-digit number of times out 
of probably millions of calls to that part of the code since it was 
first put into service.

It's a couple of MATMATRs in an MI program, one retrieving the processor 
count (x'01DC'), and the other retrieving the LPAR information 
(x'01E0'), in both cases passing the attribute selection as a literal, 
and providing just enough bytes in the receiver to hold the required 
information.
