Not so private! I got it both on-List and off-List. At any rate, I doubt that you or I could reproduce the problem, even if we had the code in front of us, and we pounded on it all week; it's something that, I think, has happened a single-digit number of times out of probably millions of calls to that part of the code since it was first put into service. It's a couple of MATMATRs in an MI program, one retrieving the processor count (x'01DC'), and the other retrieving the LPAR information (x'01E0'), in both cases passing the attribute selection as a literal, and providing just enough bytes in the receiver to hold the required information. -- JHHL -- This is the Bare Metal Programming IBM i (AS/400 and iSeries) (C400-L) mailing list To post a message email: C400-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/c400-l or email: C400-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/c400-l.
