Heads up to all #IBMi users using an ILE C++ applications
Be careful with the latest Cumulative PTF package. There is a change of 
the C++ runtime in it. Yesterday IBM has recognized this change as an 
official defect

We ran into a problem - tasks using C++ code compiled on one system 
crashed on another with a different C++ runtime.
