The RPG program gets run as a continuous background job polling a data
queue.

On initialization the RPG instantiates the java class so launching the JVM.

On receiving a queue message, the RPG can call java methods as required.

I did this awhile ago and it worked fine but maybe the IBM java toolbox now
has a queue listener class so cut out the RPG.
