Matt:

You open that PMR just like any other PMR, specifying that the problem is in
Java. It will get queued over to that team.

You can use FTP/FTPS/etc to push files up to IBM. The PMR owner will give
you instructions on what and how to collect them. Usually there is a tech
note they will send.

First step, Open a PMR.

Dear Mr Zhang

Thanks for your reply.

1) Please advise how we should raise a PMR with your team. Is there an email
address we should write to or a website we should visit?
2) The javacore and core dumps total over 2Gb in size, do you have an FTP
site we can upload them to?
3) I'm not sure what 4700 0012 vlogs are, or how to obtain them - please
could you explain.

Thanks and regards
Matt
