QSSLCSL, Java, JSSE, and Tomcat

I just got a question from a customer about QSSLCSL with respect to the 
Tomcat-based web server in one of our products.

Does anybody know what, if anything, the cipher suites listed in QSSLCSL 
have to do with what is available to Java, JSSE, or Tomcat?
