I am assuming the customer update Java on their system.  IBM updated SR6 FP30 removing TLSv1 and TLSv1.1

A solution is to point to your own java.security file and update the jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms removing TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 until you can fully support TLSv1.2.
