Take a look at https://github.com/fallingrock/pcmltools/tree/master/pcmltools/src/net/fallingrock/pcmltools I started a project that would create a ProgramCallDocument object from a program that had the PCML compiled into it. This would allow you to make PCML calls without having to code the PCML by hand.
