64-bit instead of 32-bit JVM being called on one of the partitions ? 64-bit startup and speed always was slower. Not sure if that's improved but someplace to look. The performance issue was handed to me to speed up. I was hoping to find the reason is so much slower on an almost identical partition So that I don't have to open a whole big project for replacing the current process. But I may have to go this route if I don't find a solution.
