Check the authority/ownership of the sqljdbc42.jar because that is not a shipped object. IBM ships a Hello.java in /QIBM/ProdData/Java400 so you could try compiling that and running it. The UnsupportedClassVersionError is because that class was compiled at a JVM higher than Java 8.
